Reasons for returns:
Bootstrapped Apparel accepts returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
Any claims must be submitted to returns@bootstrappedapparel no later than 14 days after the product has been received. For all packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later that 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Unfortunately, Bootstrapped Apparel cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing. Please review our sizing chart to see how clothing will fit before making purchases.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
